These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the king333 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the king333 platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. king333 strictly prohibits access to minors and will suspend and permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited.
2.2 Age Verification Process. king333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport) and proof of address — to verify your age and identity at any point. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful verification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
2.3 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the king333 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. king333 does not represent or warrant that the Services are available, legally permissible, or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Residents of certain jurisdictions may be excluded from accessing the platform as required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on king333. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. king333 may reject, suspend, or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been conducted by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify king333 customer support immediately via Live Chat.
3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting king333 support. Closure requests will be processed subject to settlement of any outstanding bets and completion of applicable KYC verification for any outstanding withdrawal.
3.4 Account Closure by king333. king333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of: suspected fraud or collusion; breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; or discovery that an Account holder is under 21 years of age.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. king333 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed within the platform's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). king333 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. king333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
4.4 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Cashier section.
4.5 No Money Laundering. king333 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under its licensing requirements. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to applicable authorities.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting product on king333 is governed by specific rules displayed within that product. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any Bet. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics and outcomes.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All Bets are subject to acceptance by king333. Confirmation of a Bet does not guarantee payout if the Bet is subsequently found to have been placed in error, based on erroneous odds, or in contravention of these Terms. king333 reserves the right to void any Bet placed on odds that were published in error.
5.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sportsbook bet, king333's system records shall be the definitive record of bet status. Where a round was not completed due to a technical fault attributable to king333, the stake will be refunded. Where the fault is attributable to the Player's connection or device, the outcome recorded at the server level shall stand.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. king333 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event as displayed in the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding applicable limits may be capped at the published maximum.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by king333 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These include, without limitation, minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet sizes during bonus play.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are displayed on each promotion's detail page. king333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe.
6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. king333 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close Accounts, where promotional abuse is suspected — including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion; coordinated bonus exploitation; or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
6.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. king333 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Accounts at the time of change, subject to ongoing compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the king333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
8.1 Commitment. king333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring contact with support.
8.2 Available Tools. Players may set: (a) daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; (b) session loss limits; (c) reality check time alerts; (d) cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days; and (e) permanent self-exclusion. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude from king333 must not attempt to open a new Account during the exclusion period. king333 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent excluded Players from accessing the Platform, but acknowledges that absolute prevention cannot be guaranteed across all access methods. Players are responsible for not circumventing exclusion measures.
8.4 Age Restriction. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. king333 takes underage gambling seriously and will permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with forfeiture of any balance.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the king333 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, brand elements, text, and data — is the property of king333 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 Limited Licence. king333 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content; reverse-engineering any software; or using king333's brand assets in any third-party publication without prior written consent.
10.1 Platform Availability. king333 endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, king333 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors not directly caused by king333's negligence.
10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, king333's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which king333 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a Bet, or any other Platform activity, you should first contact king333 customer support via Live Chat. king333 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days of receiving written notice. If not resolved, either party may refer the matter to independent adjudication under the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing authority.
11.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe king333 has not fulfilled its obligations under its licensing conditions, you may escalate a complaint to the relevant international gaming regulatory authority. Details of the applicable authority are available from king333 customer support on request.
12.1 Right to Amend. king333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via in-platform notification or email at least 7 calendar days before taking effect, where practicable.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the king333 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
